Hi, my name is Luke and I've been setting goals for over 15 years. When I was a teenager, my Dad taught me how to set balanced goals and got me interested in books that would lay the foundation for my goal-setting success. I've been working on my system ever since.
Since then I've refined my process through a 24-month service mission, learning problem-solving skills throughout 10 years of engineering schooling and experience, and from summarizing over 250 non-fiction books.
I've been working on these goal-setting methods for over a decade and a half and have curated the best goal-setting tips from the books I've summarized. I've been testing these principles myself and they've helped me run a marathon, start two businesses, change careers, meet the woman of my dreams and start a family with her, and much more.
